We value your privacy and work hard to guarantee that 100% of your information is safe with us. One part of that process includes discreet shipping and billing. When you order from us there is no need to worry about anyone knowing what is inside your package. Each order is packaged in a plain brown or white box with no store or product information listed. To protect this even further our return address on your shipping label will read "JAM Distribution". We promise that no mention of product or "Retro Active" will be displayed on your package.

For international shipments it is required that we list product names and values on the customs forms. In this case if you are outside the US you will see product information but everything else will be the same as above.

All purchases made from our site must will appear on your statements as "Retro Active" however they will not be listed as "Retro Active Smoke Shop" or anything similar to protect your privacy. No product names will be listed on your statements, just the order total and "Retro Active".

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS):

Retro Active is proud to ship our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We have found USPS to be the most cost effective solution for our customers. We currently offer First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are received from USPS and automatically calculated during checkout based on the geographic location of the recipient and the size/weight of the shipment.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:

Priority Mail offers full tracking capabilities, which includes updates once package is shipped, reaches a USPS hub and once the item is delivered. USPS First Class Mail also includes tracking but is limited to when the package is shipped and when it is delivered. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is complete.

SHIPMENT TIME:

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 11:00 AM CST on Monday - Friday are normally shipped the same day. Normal shipping days are Monday - Friday only and do not include national holidays. Any orders received after 11:00AM CST on Friday are shipped first thing Monday morning. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:
Packages shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Although First Class Mail offers a more economical shipping solution, delivery times can be considerably longer than Priority Mail. Packages shipped domestically via USPS First Class mail are typically delivered in 2-10 days depending on the distance from our distribution center in Missouri.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (NOT USING INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT):
Packages shipped outside of the USA via Priority Mail International are typically delivered in 6-10 business days after shipment. Packages sent outside the USA via First Class Mail International will have varied delivery times which can be up to 20 days for remote areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT):

Your Retro Active order will be processed and shipped by International Checkout. Once you have completed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. International Checkout will place the order with Retro Active on your behalf, receive it at their depot, and then ship it to your doorstep.

International customers using International Checkout must add desired items to their shopping cart, then visit the cart page and click the following button:

Discount codes and promotions from Retro Active do not apply to international orders.

Your order may need an extra shipment fee if the item (s) are considered over-sized and weigh more than 7 lbs in actual or dimensional weight. If this applies to your order, we will ask you to authorize the extra charge BEFORE charging your credit card.

Please note that items from Retro Active CANNOT ship to ISRAEL, MEXICO, PANAMA, BRAZIL, THAILAND, VIETNAM, NORWAY, SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, TURKEY and FRANCE.

All items purchased from Retro Active are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
