Retro Active is proud to ship our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We have found USPS to be the most cost effective solution for our customers. We currently offer First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are received from USPS and automatically calculated during checkout based on the geographic location of the recipient and the size/weight of the shipment.

Shipment Tracking

Priority Mail offers full tracking capabilities, which includes updates once package is shipped, reaches a USPS hub and once the item is delivered. USPS First Class Mail also includes tracking but is limited to when the package is shipped and when it is delivered. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is complete.

Delivery Schedule

Shipment Time

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 11:00 AM CST on Monday - Friday are normally shipped the same day. Normal shipping days are Monday - Friday only and do not include national holidays. Any orders received after 11:00AM CST on Friday are shipped first thing Monday morning. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays.

Delivery Time

Domestic Shipments: Packages shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Although First Class Mail offers a more economical shipping solution, delivery times can be considerably longer than Priority Mail. Packages shipped domestically via USPS First Class mail are typically delivered in 2-10 days depending on the distance from our distribution center in Missouri.

International Shipments: Packages shipped outside of the USA via Priority Mail International are typically delivered in 6-10 business days after shipment. Packages sent outside the USA via First Class Mail International will have varied delivery times which can be up to 20 days for remote areas.

Import Taxes & Duty

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, DDP, VAT, and the like, once your package reaches your country. These fees are not included in your billed shipping cost. Any and all import taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes levied by the host country are beyond our control and scope. We urge our customers to check with the local authorities to see what kind of import duties are levied by the Country they reside in.

Any packages refused by international customers for tax liability will receive a $15.00 restocking/reshipping fee. If packages need to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will also apply.

Import Regulations

It is the customer’s responsibility to know the laws in his or her country/jurisdiction prior to purchasing products from Retro Active. Any fees resulting from the blockage of our products into a country are the sole responsibility of the customer. No products purchased from Retro Active will knowingly be shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such product.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Retro Active are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
