Tokins are points that each customer can receive by completing tasks or by placing orders at www.retroactivesmokeshop.com and can be redeemed for store discounts!

How do I receive Tokins?

There are several ways to start collecting:

Signing Up for An Account:

The first, and easiest way to get Tokins fast is by signing up for an account at www.retroactivesmokeshop.com/my-account upon completion each customer will automatically receive 100 Tokins on their account.

Making a Purchase:

The second, and fastest way to earn Tokins is by making purchases with your new account. You will receive 1 Tokin for every dollar spent. As a bonus, everything will always round up. So if you spend $9.75 you will earn 10 Tokins!

Leaving a Product Review:

After you’ve received your new products you have a third opportunity to earn more Tokins! Simply visit the product pages of the products you purchased and under the description click the “Reviews” tab. Leave a review as a verified owner of the product and you will receive 10 Tokins for each product you have purchased and reviewed. These Tokins may take up to 48 business hours to appear in your account.

Completing a Survey:

After you have received your order you will receive instructions on how to complete a short survey about your experience. The survey takes just a few minutes to complete and you will be rewarded with 100 bonus Tokins. These Tokins may take up to 48 business hours to appear in your account.

Bonus Tokins:

Occasionally we will run specials for 2x, 3x or even 5x Tokins! Sometimes these specials will be for specific products and on special events they could be for every product in the store. Keep your eyes out for upcoming Bonus Tokin events!

What are Tokins worth?

For every 100 Tokins, you will be able eligible for a $1 discount. You do not have to have exactly 100, 200, 300, etc to redeem. For example you can redeem 132 Tokins for a $1.32 discount.

How do I spend Tokins?

Probably the greatest part about Tokins is there is no minimum amount required to redeem for your discount. Therefore, you can use your 100 sign up Tokins to redeem for a $1 discount on your very first purchase! However, most people choose to save them up for a larger discount on a future order.

When you visit your checkout page you will see a notice that displays how many Tokins you currently have on your account. The discount amount for those Tokins will also be displayed. If you wish to redeem your Tokins for the discount shown simply click “Apply Discount” while on the checkout page.

How do I know how many Tokin I have?

If you visit your “My Account” page by clicking the link at the top right corner of your screen you can view your current Tokins total. Here you will also find a brief history of gaining and redeeming your Tokins. You will also be notified on the checkout page as described above.
